Lisa Louck's practice has focused primarily on the management of complex litigation. She has managed large case dockets in mass tort litigation involving claims related to asbestos, breast implants, fen-phen, phenylpropanolamine and other products. In addition, Ms. Louck has broad experience in general insurance, workers' compensation, social security disability, and commercial transactions and litigation.
Previously, Lisa has maintained a general civil practice where she represented premises owners, contractors, product manufacturers and other parties in toxic tort cases, as well as detailers and manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and medical devices in product liability cases. In addition, Lisa has represented clients in workers compensation, social security disability, personal injury and maritime matters.
