Michael represents plaintiffs all over the country in a diverse array of cases ranging from products liability, with an emphasis in pharmaceutical litigation, to medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases. His practice areas include experience in complex, multidistrict, and class action litigation, as well as representation of clients in numerous individual cases.
While attending Vanderbilt University, where he obtained a degree in Economics, Michael was active in a number of charitable endeavors, including serving as Co-Chair of the Vanderbilt Chapter of Habitat for Humanity. He went on to receive a juris doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Public Interest Fellowship.

Michael is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Texas. He has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous courts, including state courts in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Missouri, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
