Biography
William ("Will") W. Lundquist is a trial lawyer who represents clients in many different areas. Mr. Lundquist's practice focuses on litigating commercial and residential insurance claims stemming from property and casualty losses. Mr. Lundquist has an extensive practice in both state and federal court, and has handled a number of mediations with favorable results for the client.
Prior to joining Clark, Burnett, Love & Lee, Mr. Lundquist defended financial service providers and insurance companies in numerous cases involving bad faith insurance claims and unfair settlement practices at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, one of the largest and most well-respected law firms in Texas. He also has experience representing Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial litigation and business disputes. Mr. Lundquist was named a Texas Rising Star in 2008 - an honor bestowed on less than three percent of the lawyers practicing in Texas, which recognizes the top Texas lawyers age 40 or younger.
Mr. Lundquist is licensed to practice in all Texas courts, including the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western federal district courts.
