William "Bill" t. Jones
Biography
William (“Bill”) T. Jones graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2001, in the top fifteen percent of his class. Bill has spent his legal career representing plaintiffs in personal injury, insurance/consumer, commercial, construction and environmental litigation matters.
Prior to joining Clark, Love & Hutson Bill litigated numerous Hurricane Katrina related insurance lawsuits representing insured clients whose claims were wrongfully denied by their insurance companies. Bill has also been involved in significant class or collective action cases including the Hurricane Katrina Canal Breaches litigation, the Guidant medical products liability litigation, and multiple Fair Labor Standards Act cases involving over 75,000 class members. Bill’s extensive court room experience includes trying multiple cases as lead or co-counsel, and handling numerous motion practice hearings. Bill has also successfully settled hundreds of other cases on behalf of his clients.
Recently, he actively participated in the negotiations on behalf of the plaintiffs in the drafting and presentation of the case management and discovery orders in the Hurricane Ike dockets pending in Harris and Galveston County.
