Michael Moreland

Biography

Michael (“Mike”) Moreland represents plaintiffs all over the country in a diverse array of cases ranging from products liability, with an emphasis in pharmaceutical litigation, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury cases. His practice areas include experience in complex, multidistrict, and class action litigation, as well as representation of clients in numerous individual cases.

While attending Vanderbilt University, where he obtained a degree in Economics, Mike was active in a number of charitable endeavors, including serving as Co-Chair of the Vanderbilt Chapter of Habitat for Humanity. He went on to receive a juris doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Public Interest Fellowship.

Mike is licensed to practice in all Texas courts, including the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western federal district courts.
