William W. Lundquist
Biography
William (“Will”) W. Lundquist is a trial lawyer who represents clients in many different areas. Will's practice focuses on the representation of insured clients in first party insurance claims stemming from property and casualty losses. Will has an extensive practice in both state and federal court, and has handled a number of mediations with favorable results for the client.
In early 2009, Will actively participated in negotiations on behalf of the entire policyholder bar in the drafting and presentation of the case management and discovery orders, which currently govern the large majority of Hurricane Ike disputes pending in Galveston County, Harris County, and Brazoria County.
Will has received recognition for his efforts, being named a Texas Rising Star in 2008 and 2011, 2012– an honor bestowed on less than three percent of the lawyers practicing in Texas, which recognizes the top Texas lawyers age 40 or younger.
Prior to joining Clark, Love & Hutson, Will spent the first six years of his practice defending insurance companies in numerous cases involving bad faith insurance claims and unfair settlement practices at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, one of the largest and most well-respected law firms in the country. He also has experience representing Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial litigation and business disputes.
Will is licensed to practice in all Texas courts, including the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western federal district courts.
