Amanda Hunt joined Clark, Love & Hutson in March 2019. She currently serves on the firm's multidistrict litigation dockets.

Amanda received her Bachelor's degree from American University in Washington, DC in 2010. In May 2013, Amanda graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University School of Law. As a law student, Amanda served as an intern at the New Orleans Office of the Public Defender, and as a judicial intern for the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal and the Idaho Fourth Circuit District Court. Amanda was recognized by Tulane University School of Law for completing an outstanding number of pro bono service hours. She also participated in the Tulane University School of Law appellate moot court competition and trial advocacy programs.

Following graduation, Amanda served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Fredericka Homberg Wicker and the Hon. Stephen Windhorst of the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. Following her clerkship, Amanda spent two years as a public defender in Louisiana Fifth Judicial District. In 2017, she joined Huber, Slack, Thomas & Marcelle, a New Orleans-based litigation firm. Amanda previously served as the president of the Fifth Judicial District Bar Association and as a Delegate to the Louisiana State Bar Association.
