Emily Marlowe joined Clark, Love & Hutson in 2019 as an Associate Attorney for the firm’s multidistrict litigation trial dockets. Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2013, Emily has successfully represented hundreds of injured, aggrieved and mistreated plaintiffs—both individuals and corporations—in a variety of mass tort, insurance, and other complex litigation matters.

Emily is a tenacious advocate who uses effective communication, passion, and hard work to win results for clients. She takes an aggressive approach, and has no problem holding big companies accountable for their actions. Emily has significant experience handling complex matters in litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and in trial.

Emily earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas in Austin in 2010, graduating as an Honors Student. Emily then went on to attend law school at South Texas College of Law where she was an award-winning varsity advocate for South Texas’ nationally acclaimed Trial Advocacy Program. She was a two-time competition winner of Top Advocate awards, and a two-time semi-finalist in the ABA Labor and Employment Law Mock Trial Competition, among other accolades. Additionally, Emily was a Dean’s Honor Student and a Dean’s Academic Merit Scholarship Recipient.
