For almost two decades, Jason Milne has represented people injured by products, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. He practices in federal and state courts across the country and has an impressive academic background.
Jason has been involved in complex litigation cases for the majority of his career and has earned a reputation as one of the preeminent writers and researchers in his field. His understanding of substantive legal principles and the legal process, combined with his legal analysis, have led to many persuasive arguments and victories in the Court system.
Jason's expertise in brief writing contributes to every case he works on, and was most recently integral to several of the 3M Earplug trials for military veterans.
