Roundup is an herbicide manufactured by Monsanto, which was acquired by Bayer in 2018. The active ingredient in Roundup is glyphosate, a chemical classified as probable human carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC). Plaintiffs allege that glyphosate exposure leads to serious health conditions, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Over 100,000 agricultural workers, landscapers, and gardeners have filed Roundup cancer claims against Bayer and Monsanto, alleging the company failed to warn them of the dangers associated with Roundup.
In November 2023, our law firm won a trial in California state court where the jury charged Monsanto with a $332 million verdict in a Roundup lawsuit. The San Diego County jury deliberated for four days on the trial that began in early October. The jury awarded plaintiff Mike Dennis, who claimed he developed a form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma at the age of 51 due to exposure to Roundup, $7 million in compensatory damages and $325 million in punitive damages. Mr. Dennis is represented by Clark, Love & Hutson.

The Roundup lawsuit is ongoing and our lawyers are continuing to accept cases. The Roundup lawsuit involves claims related to the herbicide Roundup, which contains the toxic chemical glyphosate linked to non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Glyphosate in Roundup causes lymphoma by disrupting cellular processes.
